Our Advanced Classes are for all hoopers who already master basic exercises (for instance hooping on the waist,
on the hands, above the head), who are able to connect different moves with each other and now want to further hone their skills. Depending
on what the participants are interested in, various advanced moves will be taught in the class – the program will be adapted to the group.
Possible topics are for instance shoulder hooping, knee hooping, floor hooping, body rolls, isolations, bouncing, arm techniques, jumps,
throwing techniques, folding, ways of picking up the hoop, wedgie and escalator variations. Plus, you will get to know variations and ways
of transitioning in and out of the moves.
You can attend our advanced classes more than once because hoopdance offers a nearly endless
amount of moves, so that advanced courses overlap only slightly. And in case you are then motivated to delve into your own flow and free
